Located in a quite upscale and one of Florida's most desirable beach towns. This home features four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one of the converted in an office space with a single bed. Private two car garage, heated pool and jacuzzi, a full sized kitchen equipped and ready for your next home cooked meal. The home is situated short stroll from the beach, Pelican Lake and nestled in an A-rated neighborhood. Short drive to restaurants, shops, golf, tennis centers, boating and other amenities. NO CATS we love them, but we are extremely allergic and cannot allow them under any circumstances. Other things to note PETS If the home is not indicated as pet friendly, DO NOT bring pets. Otherwise, only small pets are allowed for a fee of $300/pet. Each pet must be approved and registered. Many homes have outside cameras and if a pet is seen or if our inspector finds evidence of a pet on your departure you will be asked to remove the pet and will be fined $500 for additional cleaning. Please be respectful of the owner's wishes regarding pets, often people have allergies or don't wish to have animals in their home. If you were allowed to bring pets, you’re responsible to keeping the property clean of any hair, urine, and other signs of pet presence. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or the rugs and have to be in a crate if you’re leaving them alone. A lot of pets leave odor on the items. If we find any signs of pets on the items, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the item replacement. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Any other arrival time must be agreed upon prior to booking. Check-out time is 10:00 AM or earlier. PARTIES & EVENTS At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate quiet hours 10pm-8am every day, no loud music, noise, or partying ever. The territory is strictly supervised, any events or celebrations are prohibited, it’s only for family vacation and quiet enjoyment. While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying. By booking our property you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. SMOKING & DRUGS No smoking is permitted inside the property or in common areas. Smoking is permitted outdoors away from other people, but guests must dispose ash and cigarette butts properly. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors. No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time. POOL & SWIMMING There is no lifeguard on duty. The property, its owners and agents of the property, will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. SAME DAY RESERVATIONS We require all reservations with the same day check-in to be made no later than 7 pm and at least 4 hours before the check-in time. FINAL THOUGHTS Please understand that these are not FPB rules, but the Owner, Community, Town and County strictly enforce these as will FPB. These rules are intended to ensure the harmonious existence between visitors and full-time residents. Violations will result in towing, ticketing and/or fines without warning during or after the stay. Some homes have outdoor cameras to monitor guest violations in an effort to protect the homeowner's rights to continue to rent. Not enough large pots. we borrowed some from my son who lives in WPB. we had to borrow a can opener from a neighbor because the one in the house was broken. Overall it was fine. We told the property manager we needed a knife sharpener and he had new knives delivered the next day, so that was great.Loved the beautiful location, the house was comfortable and accomadating. Open spaces for gathering, plenty of dining areas, a full open kitchen for cooking and spending time with family. The pool was beautiful and we had a beautiful park across the street with a large walking path around a lake. The private beach was a very short easy walk away.
