« We kregen een buitengewoon hartelijke ontvangst. De eigenaresse had gezorgd voor allerlei chocolades, fruit een appeltaart en zelfs dranken, bier en sapjes in de koelkast, alles inbegrepen. De woning is comfortabel met alles erop en eraan. Er is een overdekt terras met open haard, in de tuin een visvijver. De omgeving leent zich uitstekend voor mooie, korte- en lange wandelingen. Kortom een fantastisch verblijf. »

« We stayed in the apartment for about a week to visit our family in the area. The apartment was clean and very spacious for our family of 5\. The property manager Anna was very friendly and responsive to all questions we had. The only downside is the limited parking space, although we always found a curbside parking space near the house. »

« Es ist eine kleine, saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft im Herzen von Hasenfeld. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie das Staubecken Heimbach, der Meuchelberg, der Mariawald, der Schiffsanleger mit Ausflügsmöglichkeiten zum Rur-und Obersee, die Rurtalsperre, das Jugendstil- Wasserkraftwerk von Heimbach, der Bahnhof Heimbach, eine Bushaltestelle in Richtung Schleiden (Wilder Kermeter) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und fußläufig super zu erreichen. Mein Hund und ich hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Hasenfeld....

« Wir waren total begeistert 🤩wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen und auch Häuser gesehen, aber hier fehlte es wirklich an nichts.Die Ausstattung war einfach Wahnsinn hier wurde wirklich auf jedes Detail geachtet, es war wirklich alles vorhanden Die Spielecke hat unserer Klein Tochter 2 Jahre sehr gefallen. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für diese Gastfreundschaft, wir haben die 5 Tage sehr genossen »

« Très bon accueil de la part de l'équipe. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. La prestation correspond à nos attentes et aux photos sur le site d'hotels.com. Cerise sur le gâteau nous avons eu de la chance d'avoir de la neige durant notre séjour ce qui a ajouté un certain charme à l'endroit. De nombreux départs de randonnée depuis l'appartement. »

« Een net ingericht appartement met een complete keuken, sauna en een balkon met een geweldig mooi uitzicht. Eind januari is het stil op het park en ondanks dat is de supermarkt, het binnenzwembad en een vd restaurants geopend, waar je prima iets kan eten. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en komen zeker een keer terug. Let wel, het appartementen complex beschikt over een lift maar het park is niet geschikt voor mindervaliden vanwege de hellingen en de vele trappen. »

"Premier séjour en Allemagne en hôtel et le personnel ne sourit pas c'est sûr! Hors de question de généraliser. La gestion du petit déjeuner a été catastrophique. Arrivés à 9h30 pour une clôture annoncée pour 10 h. C'est tôt, j'ai souvent vu 11h ailleurs dans le monde. Comme il y a beaucoup de monde, il manque . On pense avoir le temps de revenir mais à 10h02, le personnel ferme l'accès via un rideau. Quelques personnes sont encore à l'intérieur 2,3 personnes se précipitent pour avoir un dernier café. Las, tout est déjà débranché et une employée CRIE de sortir car il est 10h!! Jamais vu une telle aggressivité vis-à-vis de clients. "

"Tout bien, sauf qu'ils nous avaient attribué une chambre avec une porte intérieure communiquant à la chambre à côté de la nôtre. Et le grand soucis c'est que les portes pouvaient s'ouvrir et donc nos voisins auraient pu avoir accès à notre chambre pendant la nuit ou pendant notre absence en journée.
