Sunny deck and spacious floor plan. This spacious and light-filled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is super family-friendly and is set up to accommodate 1 large family or 2 families with 4 kids. Enjoy the spectacular views of Carson Peak and beyond from your deck and from inside too! There is a generously stocked game closet and flat-screen TV in the living room for a family movie or game night. In the garage, you will find a ping pong table and dart board, with plenty of room left for your car and all the gear you might bring for fishing or boating on the nearby lakes or skiing on June Mountain. (all less than 5 minutes away) The kitchen has all new modern appliances and is well stocked with all you need for creating a family dinner. The large laundry room with a washer and dryer will help keep you clean after a day of adventure. If you must work; remote learning and virtual working are supported by fast and reliable broadband internet and strong cellular connection. Sunny and light-filled, this condo has it all! Bring the whole family to Aspen Meadows #2 and stay some extra days to work and play. No RV\`s or trailers are allowed to park on the complex grounds.
