A 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the world's most beautiful parks -Juan d'Fuca Provincial Park, Gordon River, Botanical Beach, West Coast Trail, Sombrio Beach, Avatar Grove providing miles of adventure and exploring. The space 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 3 beds, (1 single bed, and a set of bunk beds with 1 double bed on the bottom and 1 single bed on top.) A Fully equipped kitchen including gas stove, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the living room you will find a cozy gas fireplace, 1 full bathroom equipped with shower / bath combo, and a second ensuite bathroom with shower off the master bedroom. Enjoy cooking outdoors on the cantilevered covered balcony with spectacular oceanfront and mountain view, using the propane BBQ. The balcony is also located just above the Marina, allowing you to enjoy all the marina's activities. WIFI is provided throughout at no extra charge. Things to note This area is popular for fishing, cycling and hiking. Surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking down the Gordon River is very popular. So many places to go hiking and exploring including the gorgeous Botanical Beach and the old growth of Avatar Grove. Take a 10 minute drive to Fairy and Lizard Lake and enjoy floating on an air mattress or a dip in the lake to cool off in the heat of the summer months. Check out the entrance to the West Coast and Juan deFuca Trails. Take a 5 minute stroll to the new Gateway marina and Bridgemen's Bistro. One may notice that people on the other side of Baird Rd also spend time on their porches , but only see the other units - which makes one appreciate the view that much more.
