Welcome to this charming stopover in the heart of Sologne, 30 minutes from Orléans, near the castles of the Loire: Château de la Ferté-Saint-Aubin 10 minutes away, Château de Beaugency 15 minutes away, Château de Meung-sur-Loire and Chambord just 20 minutes away. Many activities nearby: 20 minutes from the Parc Floral de la Source and the Loiret mills promenade, 15 minutes from the Loire, 10 minutes from the monuments of Cléry-Saint-André, but also the Roquelin gardens, the Arboretum d'Ilex garden....  
This comfortable and spacious cottage, suitable for people with reduced mobility, offers absolute tranquility in the middle of the woods. Ideal for a few days' escape or a week of teleworking in the countryside. A new tennis facility is available next to the house. The house, bathed in light, is entirely oriented towards nature, offering great walks in the woods. A billiard table will enhance your evenings by the fire. Single-storey gîte completely renovated and accessible to people with reduced mobility with a large and beautiful living room with lounge (fireplace and billiard table), dining room and open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds 90x200 cm (can be pushed together), a bathroom and a separate toilet.  
Enjoy relaxing entertainment with our billiard table at your disposal in the living room.  
  
Private outdoor space with garden table, parasol and plancha at your disposal.  
Private parking in front of the gîte.  
  
Prices include: sheets provided and beds made on arrival, heating included and towels provided.
