The exterior was nice and landscaped well and had every equipment to relax outdoors. Loved the hot tub although we were unable to adjust the temperature (probably just an operator error). The house was clean and had most things needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable but the couch was not. The kitchen was nice and roomy. I would suggest for the kitchen to have storage containers and plastic wrap, foil, baggies, etc. The location to JTNP was close and convenient but the neighborhood that this rental is in looks a little sketchy and the neighbors are close, right beside the fence. We had no problems with neighbors its just that this rental was clearly the best well-kept home in the neighborhood. Also, if you like to get up early, this is the place to stay- the rooster next door will not let you sleep in (although my husband never heard it). The best things about this rental hot tub, large table, roomy kitchen and outdoor space. ##### Amy B. The kitchen is well stocked, the knives in the knife block are sharp (a pet peeve of mine, unusable dull knives in rental houses) plenty of glassware, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There are two beautiful woven rugs in the living room and dining room area. He has tastefully decorated with what looks like local artists’ works throughout the house. The view of the distant snow capped San Bernardino Mountains from the bedroom is breathtaking. It was great to go outside and clearly see, Orion, Castor & Pollux, Jupiter, Venus and Mars. Luke had several very useful guidebooks that we used in conjunction with our AllTrails app to find perfect hiking trails both inside and outside of the park. The location just north of Twenty-nine Palms Highway is ideal. Easy to access Joshua Tree NP either via the West entrance in JT or the less busy North entrance in Twentynine Palms. The weather was cold and windy, so we unfortunately didn’t get to use the hot tub or grill as much as we would have if the weather had cooperated. The hammocks and lounge chairs were also inviting. We did enjoy morning coffee by the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again. Luke is a great host and communicator. He has made JT Haus a true gem. ##### Sarah P. It has all the conveniences of home, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, hot tub and all new fixtures. The house must be pretty new as everything felt super clean and modern. Beds were super comfortable and my family had a fun time going through the vinyl collection and playing the record player. About 10-15 drive from the park entrance, Joshua Tree Coffee Co and other JT shops. Needed to get out of the city for a bit and see the stars. This place is lovely. We utilized the hot tub, hammocks and fire pit for some amazing r&r. Our doggos loved it too. ##### Jessica Y.
