"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring...

"The property was clean with all appliances ready for use. Very hotel like with new towels, tea and essentials already in the flat. It is in a quiet area with a corner shop close by but a bit far from the main street shops by foot. Check-in process was easy with, the property is equiped with wifi,but the password for this should be more easily accessible. Otherwise would highly recommended, excellent property and host"

This thoughtful gesture truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to its loyal guests. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, exactly what you would expect from a five‑star property. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and every detail is well taken care of. The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently ensured that everything I needed was taken care of promptly and with a smile. Overall, the hotel is outstanding in every aspect,comfort, service, and hospitality. I highly recommend it and will definitely return."
