Guest can access from garage or front door. The keys will be hang on the key holder right by the laundry room wall.  
Other things to note  
Pets aren’t allowed no smoking inside of the side or bed rooms or bathrooms. Smoke out back in the patio please. Zero tolerance because owner has nicotine allergies.
