"I would rate everything as, “excellent,” except for one thing: parking. We stayed 14 nights. On one of the fourteen nights we were able to park in handicap parking. Both of us are lucky in that we can still travel, but we are both in our upper 70’s and both have medical problems that our doctors believe require handicap tags. Not only doesn’t the hotel have enough handicap spaces, they don’t have enough parking, period. We had to park (twice) in a nearby business’ lot, the set alarm to get up and hope we could move car to at least a regular spot in the Drury Inn lot. It was really a huge inconvenience compared to what we have experienced at other Drury Inns in Missouri and in Mississippi. The security at the BRlocation was excellent, but maybe they could check cars parking in handicap spaces who do not have handicap plates or tags. We strated counting what we could see as we slowly walked from the farthest spots. No less than ten on any given night did not have the required plate or tag."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! The property looks ok but it doesn’t make up for the EXTRA RUDE STAFF! We were preparing to leave our rooms to checkout but before we could, housekeeping was already trying to open the door. The supposed manager didn’t even want to give us a receipt! When I told him about the housekeeper, he starts arguing and then some foreign lady I guess his mom comes around the corner in the lobby yelling and trying to scream at us in another language. Overall, I have stayed here at least 5 times not because it is the best but because there was another guy that is normally there at night that we shared comraderie. But after today, there is NO WAY you should waste your time staying at a subpar hotel with rude staff!"

"This location is convenient to the surrounding area. The property seemed to be showing its wear and tear. The whole hotel smelled like Curry and weed. Very disappointed for the chain hotel that it is. there was also an issue with the fire extinguisher missing from my room and the strobe light in my shower. Also, when ask to upload a photo it doesn’t allow you to because it says exceed size . "
