Ok for the money.
In general, the hotel was not in a great shape. It gives an image of a run-down place. The location was excellent, close to many places (shopping, restaurant, etc.). Wifi didn't work very well in the room, so I had to go down to the lobby.

Great stay!
This is not our first stay, though we have not been back in a while. Service was great, facilities basic but adequate. We enjoyed the different themed suites, and will definitely return to try other rooms!

Stay in Autumn Tales
We stayed in Autumn Tales, and this was our second stay in 2019. The room as promised was quaintly decorated, which was the main reason of our stay- to try out the different themes. For this room, unfortunately the bathroom/ toilet was small and cramped, the bed sank in the middle. Apart from that, all good!

Overall great location, walking distance to Plaza Pelangi, restaurant, 7 eleven, clinic..etc. Free drink during check in & friendly staffs. But bathroom need to repair as hard to turn on the shower.

Awesome stay
Fantastic stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Toilet and shower is pretty small and no doubt everything will get wet but for me it was okay. Good and strong wifi in room. Breakfast wasnt totally awesome but for the price point i have no reason to complain. Hotel is close to a small mall and is just a 6 myr grab ride to KSL and city square mall. Would definitely book again!

Convenient location, very nice lobby. However room left much to be desired. Got a windowless room that was a bit dusty and magazines in the room were dated. Staff called an hour before checkout time to remind us to leave on time.

Hotel was location-wise was great. Service staff was also attentive and accommodating. The disappointment was there was a mouldy and musty smell that was present throughout the stay on the 2nd floor. Very good experience with my family. Checking in was a breeze and we get to select a theme ourselves (depending on availability of room). They served local flavor breakfast with coffee or tea. Impressed with the overall stay.

I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff. Nice Xmas Decors Overall I like the hotel a lot with the nice décor but I would highly recommend to get Flat pillow as the plushy pillows does not work well for me. The toilet is also very small which is ok with me. All good except the pillows.
