Magnolia is a small 500 square feet private cabin equipped with modern appliances & granite counter tops. Relax on our back deck! A guest favorite…our back deck is the place to enjoy the great outdoors while watching the river go by. You might even see someone catching a fish! Featuring a sitting area and fire pit, this relaxed setting is the perfect place to unwind. This section of the Watauga River is a fisherman's paradise! You can walk off the large covered back porch down to a wadable river to fish, kayak, or watch wildlife. Located on a country road, you would think you are a long way from civilization, but travel four miles down the road and you can pick up anything you need. The cabin is fully equipped with linens and all household items. All you need to bring is personal items and food. We hope you will enjoy it as much we do! We had no idea what a gem we had booked. This cabin was perfect! It had everything that was needed for a restful stay. The only issue we had was there seemed to be dog hair everywhere, but we also knew dogs were allowed on property. The weather was nice for all but 1 day, so we used the yard, picnic tables, grill for eating our meals and playing outdoor games (horseshoes, etc). The water was too cold for swimming but we had great bonfires at night by the firepit and walks around the area. Plenty of parking for all our cars.
