We didn't really cook, but there are plenty of pots/pans and dinnerware as well as utensils and spices. The bedrooms were well appointed and all rooms were spacious. Did not use the pool beings it was pretty cold, but you do have the option of heating it for a fee. The backyard is huge with lots of privacy and seating. Really enjoyed our stay. ##### Anna D. We love the house and will be back for sure. Just a few blocks off the downtown area of Johnson City makes it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We spent 2 days at the wineries. The house is very close to many amazing wineries. Just a short drive to Stonewall, Hye etc. While we did not swim or use the hot tub, it was very nice. Backyard is fenced in which is also a nice bonus! Nice outdoor furniture to enjoy a cocktail or meal outside. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room! ##### Susan G. The house layout is great as we all had our own bedroom and bath. The kitchen met all our needs and had the required pots,etc to make two meals at the house. The house is within easy walking distance to restaurants and wineries in downtown JC. The pool was nice but we chose not to pay the extra fee to heat it since the temperatures were chilly at night. A short drive from San Antonio made it the perfect spot for a getaway. We had 6 adults and all had great accommodations in the home and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the pool/hot tub each day. I had always driven through on my way to Fredericksburg or Austin who knew there was great restaurants and live music and the most amazing view of the stars from the hot tub at night. The house is spotless and well appointed. There was a lot of thought and attention to detail that really makes your stay comfortable. The price is unbelievable compared to similar properties in either Autin or Fredericksburg.
