The Marfa room :) has two extremely comfy gel-topped single beds. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers and an organizer. The backyard is large and private with a gazebo, lounge furniture, propane grill, picnic table, and propane firepit. The stocked kitchen has coffee makers (Keurig and French-press), filtered cold water, large farmhouse sink, tea kettle, bar seating and Quartz counters. The bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower. Recessed and dimmable LED lights throughout let you customize lighting to your liking. Guest access You will have a completely private home and fully-enclosed backyard space all to yourself. No space is shared with the other side of the duplex. The gazebo, firepit, front porch with bistro set, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are all yours to enjoy! Absolutely no smoking, no parties, small pets allowed with pet fee Age requirement: Guests must be 23+ to book. This property is the absolute best. Finding it was like striking gold. Property was like new; incredibly clean and organized. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for a family with adult children. The outdoor area with mosquito netting, the coffee machine with coffee pods included, fully equipped kitchen, extra towels, toiletries well stocked, blankets, board games; everything was above and beyond our expectations. The city is small and charming and very walkable. Johnson City is centrally located to plenty of lake/river areas, state parks, and other tourist destinations like Fredericksburg.
