### Tudor Rose

Tudor Rose is a 1 bedroom 52 square metre apartment located in a quaint Tudor themed double security boom gated complex in Sunninghill Gardens. Guests have complimentary access to the complex pool and communal braai area. Just request a key to the communal pool and braai area from the security at the guard house next to the complex gate. The bedroom is spacious with a functional work station, queen sized bed and walk-in closet. The apartment also has a spacious full bathroom with a bath and shower combo equiped with white towels, bath sheets and bath salts providing guests with some creature home comforts during their stay. The living area has an extra length 3/4 sized daybed that can comfortably sleep 1 more guest. The kitchen is fully equiped including essential appliances like a fridge/freezer combo with cool water dispenser, washer/dryer combo and microwave. The balcony is furnished with patio furniture and a braai stand. Guests are provided with complimentary tea and coffee, wifi (uninterrupted by loadshedding) and have access to a mini snack bar for a small fee that can be paid for in the honesty jar located in the kitchen.  
Tudor Rose is located in a Sandton suburb offering a mix of quiet suburban life and fast paced city life. The apartment is less than 5km from the Mall of Africa and the Waterfall City business district. There are several parks in the area including the Sunninghill Gardens park within a 1km radius. The apartment has easy access to several national freeways (N1, N3 and M1) and is about 20 minutes from the Sandton City business district. Tudor Rose is surrounded by several amenities including the Sunninghill Netcare Hospital, Rivonia public library as well as several restaurants and shopping centers including Chilli Lane, Polofields Crossing and Woodmead Valuemart, all within a 3km radius.
