Hôtel ultra sécurisé au coeur de Sandton
Après 15 jours, passé à visiter l'Afrique du Sud du Cap à Johannesburg, nous avons adoré poser nos valises dans cet hôtel haut de gamme très atypique. Ce fut pour nous un havre de paix et de sérénité avant de regagner la France.

havia solicitado que me buscassem no aeroporto e mesmo recebendo a confirmação do hotel, ninguem apareceu.. quando cheguei no hotel e comuniquei o fato a recepcionista me disse que o hotel estava cheio (??). o quarto é confortável e o hotel muito bonito mas me colocaram no último bloco no terceiro andar mesmo sabendo que sairia no dia seguinte as 6 da manha. o quarto nao tinha wifi, coisa que não surpreendeu a recepcionista e me deixou bem chateada , pois tive que resolver meus problemas na recepção onde o wifi pegava. o hotel nao é ruim mas precisa melhorar muito o atendimento aos seus hospedes

This is not a four star property : Internet not working except the lobby area, room service out of most items on menu, air conditioning noisy, bedding quite uncomfortable, Shower pressure very slow, 2 pool chairs for 100 guests lol !! When i asked to speak to a manger, then i am told there is none. That explains everything. This a luxury hostel with south african service, slow, unefficient, not ready, and poorly trained. This property is combination of several buildings and is a real maze at night. No elevator. Good for a one night stay.

Great Sandton hotel
I stay at The Quatermain Hotel whenever I am in Johannesburg on business and have been doing so since 2015. It is central, easy access to Sandton CBD, the motorway as well as a variety of shops and restaurants. The staff are always friendly and the hotel is always clean. One of the great hotels.

Hidden gem in Morningside
I have stayed at the Quatermain Hotel on all of my business trips to Johannesburg since 2014 and have spent more than 100 nights at the hotel. The hotel consistently deliver a first class experience. Extremely friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to assist, comfortable rooms and fantastic location.

Great Hotel
Just a comment on the television choices in the room. I wanted to watch the Six Nations Rugby but could not find a single rugby channel but yet there were at least 5 football channels (and one of them was duplicated) . I think management needs to review what DSTV channels are broadcast to the rooms. Maybe also look at reintroducing radio channels that used to be available in the rooms. Other than this, a wonderful hotel.

Comfortable Stay
This hotel is always well maintained with friendly staff. The on site restaurant is expensive and very seldom occupied by there is a good choice of restaurants in the shopping centre very close by.

Worst Stay Ever
When i arrived found that they didn't bother to put a full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and top up the spare holder either. The tube of hand lotion was almost empty and didn't bother to put a new one the next day even after they saw the empty one in the bin. There was no Tea or sugar in the holder. The housekeeping was bad. You would think that they would go the extra mile for their guests as the hotel was not full and where happy to see guests again. The worst part was being woken up about 4am with a couple in the next room having a full on fight. They were screaming, shouting, crying and banging things in the room. No one was there to do anything due to curfew so this went on for over hour and half before it stopped. No one from the hotel bothered to come to the another guests to apologies for the inconvenience of being waken up at 4am....wow what a stay.

The receptionist Phumzile spoilt our stay . She needs a lesson in customer relations . She was extremely rude and opinionated . I reject being treated in that manner .

Reserva feita para pagar no hotel. Cartao de credito entregue no checkin para garantir estadia foi debitado duas vezes sem autorizaco. Nenhuma atencao a reclamacao. Estorno sera feito com cobrancas (OIF) e taxas bancariais. Nenhuma atencao ou cortesia a este fato por parte dos atendentes e gerencia. Como nao fosse problema deles.
