L'hôtel a un coût abordable, il est propre et le personnel est accueillant. Cependant la climatisation de la chambre 414 ne donne pas du tout et il y a des remontées d'odeur dans la douche. Excepté ces 2 points négatifs L'hôtel est très bien. Merci pour votre service

Bon emplacement, securisé , proche du centre Mandela Square donc proche de plusieurs restaurants surtout pour les diners. Petit dejeuner varié et riche. Propre et calme. Service de chambre quotidien et discret.

Convenable pour une nuit
Hôtel proche de l'aéroport avec un service de navettes gratuites à l'arrivée comme au départ. Point positif pour cet hôtel. La chambre est relativement propre. Malheureusement nous avons noté quelques points négatifs : réveillés à 7h par la femme de ménage qui voulait nettoyer notre chambre, la salle de petit-déjeuner qui sent la friture... Hôtel qui convient pour un transfert.

séjour pas mal dans l'ensemble mais le bémol c'est l'internet qui a fait défaut . on vous dit dit wifi gratuit mais en moins de 24h le wifi ne marche et pour y avoir accès il faut se rendre à la réception pour qu'on vous mette le code dans votre téléphone ce n'est pas commode . le wifi est libre ou pas ? le code il ne doit pas être top secret ! a part ce gros bémol hôtel propre et petit déjeuner au top avec un buffet bien garni merci

Good hotel in general, but really bad experience with a shuttle not booked by the hotel and a horrible management of this issue on our coming to the airport.

Aux futurs voyageurs, très agréable séjour
Le séjour a été très agréable et convivial. J'aurai aimé y rester un peu plus longtemps, mais hélas, je n'avais pas assez de temps compte tenu de ma charge horaire au pays. Je conseille aux voyageurs de réserver, pour leur séjour à Johannesburg, cet hôtel très magnifique, avec un bon environnement et très sécurisé.

Accès difficile car la route est en travaux et aucun signalement, ascenseurs en travaux, exercice incendie qui n'en fini pas avec les hauts parleurs à fond, seulement 2 personnes à l'acceuil ce qui donne une attente longue, chambre petite, MEME PAS UNE BOUTEILLE D'EAU, ni de mini bar, parking payant, je ne RETOURNERAI PAS dans cet hotel

Hôtel trés bien placé au centre de Sandton
Un bon emplacement, à 5 minute a pied du Gautrain (service Shuttle gratuit sur demande). Mais le Wi-Fi gratuit à un maximum de 350MB par jour donc ne dure que 30-45 minutes. Excellent rapport qualité prix, proche des centre commerciaux et de nombreux restaurant sur Mandela Square. On ce sent trés en sécurité et le staff est trés sympathique. Je recommande vivement l'hotel si l'on recherche la tranquilité, la sécurité et un rapport qualité prix.

l'hotel est pratique pour un séjour affaires.
Il est bien situé à Sandton . Tout d'abord il est proche de l'arrivée du Gautrain , 15mn de l'aéroport Tambo . Ensuite les commerces du Mall de Mandela square sont pratiques pour faire des achats après les rendez vous . et il est bien sur situé en plein quartier des affaires . L'hotel en lui même est conforme au standard que l'on attend , en termes de services , propreté , qualité de literie . un petit bémol sur le service WIFI qui est limité est pas très rapide

The property is located next to a night club that blazed music all night which made sleeping difficult. It could also do with some tightening of security. One solution would be to link access to the lift and the rooms to the room keys. We had a person frantically knocking on our room well past midnight pretending to deliver a pizza which we never ordered. Otherwise the overall location in the heart of Sandton is a win and a few improvements mentioned above will improve the score.

Lovely property right across from Nelson Mandella Square with lots of patio seating restaurants and a great shopping mall also with lots of restaurants, a food court, a grocery store, and a movie theater. The lobby could use a furniture upgrade, but the staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating. The pool and accompanying garden setting is both peaceful and comfortable. The hotel restaurant has great food, great service, and a lovely streetside patio. And the beds are comfortable. Wi-fi is okay. Not a lot to choose from on the telly. If you like to shower with a wash cloth, bring your own. No mini-fridge. New carpet and lobby makeover would make this an all are five star review.

Not the fanciest hotel, but for the price it was great. So close to Nelson Mandela Square, the bed was super comfortable and the bar/restaurant had excellent food. I also enjoyed the garden area.
