Wonderful Country House Villa Roma in Jesolo - Venice.

VILLA ROMA is a beautiful country house from the early 1900s and recently renovated with 2000 square meters of garden available to guests.
Surrounded by greenery with a splendid view of the river, the residence is located 2km from the beach and the wonderful pine forest where you can find fully equipped bathing establishments for any tourist need.
In the same property there is also the Romeo cottage which accommodates 2 people who also use the swimming pool and parking.
The host lives in an apartment next to the villa.
The surrounding area offers various leisure opportunities, including golf, sport fishing, both at sea and in the adjacent canal, tennis, boat trips in the lagoon and boat trips to Venice departing from the nearby hamlet of Cortellazzo. or from Punta Sabbioni.

ROOMS

On the first floor Villa Roma has 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (ideal for children), bright, spacious and welcoming, 4 with air conditioning and 3 with flat screen TV. 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The rustic-style furniture is accompanied by a tone of originality in every little detail, all in harmony for a holiday or a weekend of relaxation and tranquility.



SERVICES / FACILITIES

On the ground floor an internal living area where you can have breakfast, lunch and spend your free time, large kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave and coffee machines. 1 Bathroom on the ground floor. Outside you will find a cozy porch and patio as well as a large garden for relaxing, having breakfast outdoors, an above-ground swimming pool with solarium and a parking lot where you can park your car, which is included in the price.
For guests who wish, some bicycles made available (limited number) can be used free of charge, with the payment of a deposit. The bike is by far the best way to facilitate travel and to better enjoy the landscapes and the surrounding environment. The B&B is included in the “Bonifica” cycling route in the municipality of Jesolo.


The price includes: sheets, towels, parking.
Children under the age of 3 stay for free if they sleep with their parents.
The addition of a cot costs 15 euros.

La maison est magnifique, très grande, bien située, au calme. Tout est bien décoré et aménagé à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Les propriétaires sont charmants, aux petits soins, très sympathiques.

Very nice Villa near the beach

We had a great holiday at Villa Roma. 10 grownups and one child. It was perfect for everyone. The villa had enough space for all of us and the owners thought of lots of details: a big garden, pool, sunbeds, bbq, a big dining table outside in the schade and bicycles to lend. We totally recommend booking the villa roma and might even come back sometime

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in Jesolo verbracht. Das Haus liegt an einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Mit den Fahrrädern waren wir in 10 Minuten am Strand und in der Hauptgeschäftstrasse. Auch den abendlichen Restaurant Besuch haben wir fast immer mit dem Rad gemacht. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es ist sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Das Grundstück mit dem Pool bietet genügend Platz und Schatten an heißen Tagen. Unsere Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und eine Sunset Tour durch die Lagune gegeben. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht mitten im Nachtleben sein möchte.

Sehr angenehm

Gilberto und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren dort zu elft und der Platz hat gut gereicht. Außerdem war die Möglichkeit, sich (kostenlos) Räder auszuleihen, Mega praktisch für uns. Die Teenies sind immer alleine los - mit Fahrrad. Von allen wurde der Pool sehr geliebt. Schönes Haus, aufmerksame Gastgeber.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus bietet 5 schöne Zimmer, alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Vermieter wohnen auch im Haus, sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man ist schnell am Strand und doch etwas abseits vom Rummel.

Ferienhaus für schönes Wetter

Eines vorweg: Die Vermieter sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten allerdings Pech mit dem Wetter und mussten uns abends oft im Haus aufhalten. Da fehlt es dem Haus dann an Gemütlichkeit und Komfort. Es gibt nur die Küche aber kein Wohnzimmer. Dazu kommt, dass Jesolo Ende September praktisch schon geschlossen war. Die Strandliegen waren alle abgebaut, viele Bars und Restaurants schon geschlossen. Bei besserem Wetter, wenn sich das Leben auf der Terrasse abspielt, lässt sich in dem Haus für eine Grossfamie sicherlich besser ein Urlaub verbringen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit der Großfamilie

Wir waren drei Generationen in dem Haus und das hat ganz hervorragend geklappt, dank der sehr großen Küche und dem anschließenden Bad an einem Schlafzimmer. Auf der Terrasse war genügend Platz für die Großfamilie. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber taugt hervorragend zum Abkühlen wenn man vom Ausflug oder vom Meer kommt. Sauberkeit wird in dem Objekt groß geschrieben, da gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Ein sehr schönes Haus für diesen Urlaubsort und gar nicht weit vom Strand, ist mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto ganz schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind supernett und man kann sie immer um Rat fragen.

Geräumige Villa mit Pool

Wir hatten als 3-Generationen Familie eine wunderbare Woche bei Gilberto und Elena. Die beiden sind über alle Maßen freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns zum Busbahnhof gefahren und standen immer mit Rat und Tat bereit. Im Haus war ausreichend Platz für uns alle (6 Personen), der hübsche Pool wurde in der Hitze natürlich ausführlich genutzt. Durch die Klimaanlage waren auch die Nächte erträglich. Alles in allem wirklich eine gelungene Urlaubswoche.

Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie

Wir waren Mitte Juli 2022 mit der kompletten Familie in der Villa Roma… 6 Erwachsene, 2 Teenies, 1 Kleinkind und 1 Baby plus 1 Hund… Von Anfang an, im Grunde genommen schon beim Kontakt vor der Anreise, haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gilberto und seine Frau sind super Gastgeber und haben immer einen guten Tipp, falls man was braucht… Restaurant, Tierarzt, Supermarkt, Unternehmungen etc… Die Villa hat alles was man braucht… 4 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, Küche mit ausreichend Platz, Terrasse mit einer Chillecke und einem Esstisch und trotzdem noch Platz für die Kleinen zum Spielen… Der Pool ist perfekt für die kleine Abkühlung zwischendurch. Ein Grill steht auch zur Verfügung und im Garten dahinter ist Sport möglich, also wir haben Boccia oder Beachball gespielt… Fahrräder zum Ausleihen (kostenfrei gegen Kaution) gibt es auch… Volle Punktzahl!! Weil es einfach ein schöner Urlaub war… einziger Punktabzug ist, dass man nichts oder nur schwer etwas zu Fuß machen kann. Aber da wir mit den Autos vor Ort waren, war die Distanz zum Strand oder Supermarkt nicht schlimm. Man erreicht alles (Strand, Supermarkt, Fußgängerzone) innerhalb von 5 Minuten… Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dahin!! Grazie mille!!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist bestens für einen großen Familienurlaub geeignet. Im Haus ist ausreichend Platz und der Pool ausreichend groß für eine Abkühlung. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in nur 10 Minuten direkt am Meer - einfach ein Traum. Wir wurden herzlich von den Besitzern empfangen und Sie waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Vorallem als ich mir bei einem Fahrradsturz das Bein brach - tausend Dank für die schnelle Hilfe! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :) ♡ Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön und steht auf einem großen Grundstück. Die Gastgeber sind super herzlich und helfen immer gerne weiter. Das große eingezäunte Grundstück ist perfekt für kleine Kinder. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great Place for a Family Getaway

We were two families vacationing for a week together. The house had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked for meals at home. The pool was big enough to cool off in. The garden was big and shady enough for the kids to play in. Grilling was fun. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The outdoor sitting area was charming. One note: you can’t sit outside together after 11pm, because of noise (the hosts live right next door). The beaches were easy to reach by car (or bike, if you’re brave). Over all, it was a fun and relaxing experience!

Highly recommended!

Gilberto and his wife Elena are great hosts. Always friendly and happy to help with anything. The property is well maintained and clean, as is the house. There is air conditioning in every sleeping room and the windows have fly screens. Just a really short drive to the beaches and restaurants/ shops. Nice and quiet accommodation after a day at the loud beach. The pool is not much for swimming but splashing around and cooling off.

Sehr schönes Haus + Anwesen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Pool ist echt cool, zudem gibt es viele Möglichkeiten sich zu sonnen. Die Lage ist okay, zum Strand sind es ca. 2km, mit dem Auto geht das aber recht gut (Parkplatz am Strand 5€ pro Tag falls man keinen mehr am Straßenrand findet).

Ferien mit der ganzen Familie

Dank dem sehr freundlichen Gastgeber Gilberto fühlten wir uns (6 Personen) gleich auf Anhieb gut aufgehoben und sehr wohl. Gilberto kümmerte sich täglich um unser Wohl und reinigte sogar die Bäder zwischendurch. Die Zimmer waren sauber und nett eingerichtet. Das Haus ist gross und geräumig. Auch der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Mit Gilberto zusammen fühlte es sich an, als ob er zur Familie gehörte. Wir haben einen neuen Freund in Jesolo kennen gelernt. Wir können dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Italien pur

Es war sehr schön, ruhig und erholsam, genauso wie wir es wollten. Der Vermieter ein netter und aufmerksamer Typ. Das Haus hat Charme und Flair. Es ist ein altes Bauernhaus, welches im italienischen Stil renoviert worden ist. Wir Danken für den wirklich tollen Urlaub!

Bella vacanza a villa Roma

Accogliente casa per le nostre vacanze di Pasqua. Vicina al mare ma nello stesso tempo lontana dal traffico, posizione stupenda per rilassarsi. Molto carino lo spazio all'aperto con il grande tavolo che ci ha permesso di pranzare tutti insieme. La cucina è grande e spaziosa dotata di elettrodomestici e vari accessori che hanno reso facile il cucinare per la nostra allegra compagnia. Noi eravamo in due famiglie, nove adulti in tutto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Grazie al proprietario, sig. Gilberto che è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Large Villa on the outskirts of Lido di Jesolo, Outstanding!!!!!

I don't know where to start, this was a fantastic rustic Villa with plunge pool, deck chairs, BBQ, free Bycycles all within easy access to Lido Di Jesolo and Jesolo (visit both). Gilberto is a wonderful host, always there to sort any issues and a great guide to the local area, any questions, just ask!! Nothing seems to be too much for him, excellent restaurant he recommended in Cortellazzo 'La Taverna'. They fitted all ten of us in without a reservation and the food was lovely. All in All, if you want a large Private villa (within easy access to Venice via Punta Sabbioni ferry, Lido Di Jesolo, Jesolo, etc), DO NOT look any further, this Villa is brilliant and full of history!!

Perfekte Familenferien! Danke Gilberto!

Wunderbar friedlicher Ort und doch nah beim Strand und bei Venedig. Herzlicher Gastgeber und liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer! Wir waren zu sechst - 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder - und haben die zwei Wochen in Jesolo sehr genossen! Vielen Dank Gilberto!

Pure relaxation!

Just perfect! Everything was very clean, uncomplicated, very friendly. Gilberto is very nice. Dogs are welcome. Absolutely to be recommended! Thanks a lot to Gilberto! Clear recommendation in Lido di Jesolo: the dog beach "Bau Bau Beach".
