I cant eat somewhere if I show up and you tell me its going to be another 20 mins before you open. The YMCA gym is a great bonus. Just like a YMCA in US. Just add a smoothie snack bar. The location is great. The gym hours are odd. It would be nice if you could work out before the city got going. 10am to 10pm... granted people in israel work out late so i get it. But it is not cool if you are working an American schedule. But if you dont mind working out after your activities its a good deal. The elevator is a bit on the small side. The building is nice. We were lucky to stay here during the rough time. Other pluses: free underground parking and free use of the fabulous sports center and swimming pool. because it's such a unique building, it has a very special ambiance. On the down side: The room was OK but a tad shabby. In my room (229), the shower flooded the whole bathroom. The front desk are friendly enough, though at 7.30am there was noone behind the desk.
