Welcome to our stunning 2-bedroom, 70m2 apartment nestled in the heart of Jerusalem. Enjoy breathtaking city views from the terrace in the luxurious residence of "Jerusalem Garden"  
  
This elegant apartment offers a lobby, parking, and one bathroom for your convenience. Amenities include WiFi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a washing/drying machine, Nespresso machine, and an ironing board.  
  
Ideally located just 1minutes from Ben Yehuda and 10 minutes from mamila , where you'll discover a vibrant array of restaurants, trendy cafes, and bars. A leisurely stroll along the pedestrian street will lead you to the Old Town in just 10 minutes

Featuring central AC, electric shutters, high-speed internet (WIFI), and cable TV, our apartment offers all the modern comforts you need.   
  
The living room is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably, complete with a cozy sofa and a terrace boasting a breathtaking view.

#### Trials of Living in HaRav Agan

Property manager hard to get help from. 3x3 foot heavy ceiling panel fell from ceiling to floor. Never put back up exposing yukky dirt and dust contaminants to bathroom floor. Could not use TV properly because only received one channel. They came once to assist, but still couldn’t watch other channels.
