There were no instructions left on how to use appliances and television. The sheets on the beds were dirty including pubic hairs and stains - we notified the leasing office but didn't receive a response. We had access to 4 towels. The rug was filthy in the living room. But it is not well marinated. A dryer was missing its handle rendering it inoperable, cracks on the wall, missing light cover. Overall, except for the dryer which took about 4 days to fix, the landlord/operator was responsive. The apartment could use a bit more décor and also cleaning supplies. The hand washing soap, for example was out when we arrived so we had to replenish it. Also, cleaning supplies are imperative for guests who stay for more than a few days.
