Décevant. Réservation faite pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants. 30 minutes d’attente pour avoir notre clé, leur système informatique était défectueux « à cause de la pluie »… seulement 2 serviettes à la chambre, 4 oreillers et aucune couverture pour le divan-lit ☹️ Petit-déjeuner: 1 pomme, 1 jus de pomme et un genre de crêpe chimique en sachet individuel à saveur de confiture et beurre d’arachides…. Bref le seul bon côté est que nous étions près du tunnel, facile d’accès pour New York.

Mauvais service : du 12 au 14 aout 2022, ma famille etait dans la chambre 306, la réceptionniste n'aime pas voir les gens arrivée. Vous allez la déranger. eviter de lui dire (bonjour ), car elle ne va pas se lever ni vous répondre. La réception de jour :Une adolescente en plein crise et impoli. Un petit cafard ( j'ai une photo) dans l'oreiller. Piscine : une fraude, la piscine et fermée, c'est de la fausse information pour vous avoir au piège lors de la réservation. Mauvais service de réception de jour. Mieux avec l'equipe de soir. Déjeuner : c'est un sac brun avec un jus un yogourt et le reste dépend de l'humeur de la jeune frustrée/ impoli de jour a la réception. Odeur désagréable aux etages. Bruit venant du stationnement, des voitures s'y arrête toute la nuit avec de la music a grand volume jusqu'à 4h du matin, des transactions douteuse sur place. Éviter d'aller voir la réception de jour, vous allez déranger la jeune sur place et cela apparaît sur son visage. A Éviter a Éviter a Éviter. Il y a plusieurs choix a coté. Le pire et que j'ai vue commentaires après y être séjourné et a chaque fois, la reponse de l'hôtel est ( merci pour votre commentaire, nous allons améliorer). Je donne une note de 1/10, car l'ascenseur fonctionne et il y a une climatisation A Éviter a Éviter

Pour manque de personnel, si nous souhaitons un nettoyage de la chambre, nous devions payer 10$. Les couloirs étaient sales. La personne a l’accueil n’était pas aimable. hotel peu entretenu, le personnel est desagreable nous sommes restes une semaine avec des enfants aucun ménage dans la chambre fut fait pas de petit déjeuner comme cela était convenu mais des sacs avec un brownies et une petite cannette de jus de fruits autant ne rien donner... il est dit qu'une navette passe à l'hotel pour aller à time square cela n'est pas le cas ... bref mauvaise expérience à éviter

Breakfast and service?
Really cool place and the room was very nice. The big problem was the service and the breakfast that was supposed to be included but only received a hot chocolate and a oatmeal without a bowl and spoon and the lady told us thats it for both of us Very disapointed.

Il y avait des rénovations sur l’étage en haut de notre chambre. Du ciment a coulé du plafond dans notre salle de bain et ils n’ont même pas envoyé une personne pour nettoyer . Le service était nul.
