He was friendly and even gave us a few recommendations of where to visit while we stayed. We stayed in a traditional ondol room, so it was nostalgic for me, having grown up in Jeonju, but if you’re not accustomed to sleeping on the floor, you might want to opt for a room that has a bed. We loved the location since it was located within the tourist area, so there were plenty of shopping and dining options, all within walking distance. This location is ideal, its not far from the village either. The check-in was simple and the host was good. Only thing is the ground is quite sore and you can hear a little too much from the other rooms. There are no toothbrushes so be sure to buy one beforehand. The heating was very good and the fold out matt was also heated. I stayed at the Happiness Full Hanok GuestHouse over a weekend trip with one other friend. It was charming, comfy, and perfect for my needs. It is located maybe 5 minute walking distance from the cathedral, and easy to get around.
