"What a beautiful little boutique hotel. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and friendly, even though they didn’t know very much English, we were able to communicate quite well. My only issue was there was a smell coming out of drain in the shower. But I don’t think that had anything to do with the hotels cleanliness just the sewer system in the area. "The staff, the service, the food, the resort and amenities - all absolutely brilliant! The downside, however, was the noise disruptions and beach inaccessibility due to the conservation work taking place right in front of the resort. In order to compensate for the inconvenience the hotel manager agreed to offer our group breakfast and 2x meal coupons for the 2x days that we were there. This was much appreciated and the service from the staff was exceptional. Special acknowledgement to Ayu, Wira and all the chefs. We were all vegetarian/vegan and the restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. Mr Chathur, Sudi, Wahyu from front desk and management really took care of our needs and did their best to compensate for any inconveniences caused by the conservation work. We had no regrets staying here primarily because of the staff and exceptional service we received which made up for the disruptions. Candi dasa is also a really beautiful part of Bali that's not overcrowded and busy. Perfect for relaxation and quality time with family and in nature. "
