Luxe Riverfront Condo!
Be swept away by cooling river breezes in this luxurious riverfront condo. The top-floor unit (with elevator access) is the perfect getaway, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
An enormous open-plan great room has high ceilings. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with loads of counter space for preparing meals, a dining table and breakfast bar, and a large-screen TV in the living area. Just beyond the sliding doors awaits a screen porch that enjoys a view of majestic oaks, the marina, and of course the Jekyll River. You might even catch a glimpse of the abundant wildlife that calls Jekyll their home!
The primary bedroom suite features a King bed and flat TV. The large adjoining bathroom provides a garden tub and a huge walk-in shower. You might be tempted never to leave the bedroom!
The second bedroom has a queen bed with another full bath and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom also has a queen bed, and shares access to a hall bath with a tub/shower combination.
The real magic of Moorings #36 begins just before sunset when the view across the river and marsh beyond weaves its spell on 'll want to find Jekyll time after time.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Guests have access to the heated, salt-water community pool and 4 grill areas.
NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

The property was nice and clean, but could have used a dusting and one of the pillow cases had staines....my biggest issue was the promise of "starter sundries"....there was 1 roll of TP with about 20 squares for 3 bathrooms, ( thank goodness i had napkins in the car) no paper towels, no dish washer packets, no trash bags....no starters...also, only 3 towels between 3 bathrooms....you also need dish towels and a wine opener...my hospitality would include a new roll of TP for each bathroom, a new roll of paper towles, and a dishwasher packet for each day of the visit and a trash bag for each day of the visit. These items are rather cheap compared to the $275 plus per day we paid to stay there. I would also expect 2 towels per person of the maximum number of people allowed...I understand it is island life, but since there is not an easy or cheap solution to get these items for the traveler who flys and arrives late at night, it is a missed opportunity for common sense hospitality. Also, the obnoxious gas powdered blowers, weed wackers and chainsaw noise ment we could not enjoy the porch or even sleep in. Overall we had a nice stay, but wouldnt come back to the island.
