They are kind, patient, helpful and efficient. The condition of the room was very clean. Yes, you can hear others who make a lot of noise but generally no issue. Love the washing machine and the bathroom was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. 15 minutes to airport, 15 minutes to LotteMart and a 25 minute bus ride to the market. Perfect location to take the bus - many route options. Overall, I would come back again for the convenience, value and staff. Thank you. He did not explain to us no daily cleaning or towel change. Did not explain about parking or how the unit run until asked. We had president quad rooms. Ac unit located in living room so both bedrooms were hot throughout the stay. They provided 2 fans but it was enough to stay cool.
