I'm from Taiwan. I stay in Jeju for a week. On my first day, I left my bag in the taxi then the reception girl was so friendly and patient, she tried to contact the driver many times; eventually I got my bag back, thank you 😊 I felt grateful and had the best experience when I live there.

Take note on the valet service, as it's only for small compact cars. Parking is available at the front porch but it's first come first serve basis. What became annoying was when they reserve it for special guests when lots are already limited.

市内だったので観光は便利で良かったです。ホテルは予約した部屋はベッドルームだったのに床に布団を引くタイプで、スタッフに部屋の変更をして欲しいと言いましたが叶いませんでした。部屋のシャワー水しか出ず何度もスタッフとの遣り取りをするのに大変不快でした。

エアコンが動作せず、室内が暑く、子供が眠れなかった。フロントに問い合わせると、フロア全体のエアコンがエラーが出ているとのことで、扇風機を持ってきてくれたが、朝9時になるとピッタリ動作。なんだろう。

첶크인시간 1시간전에 부득이하게 도착했는데 편의를 봐주지 않더군요. 그리고 업그래이드는 해줄생각도 않고 방에선 담배냄새를 덥으려고뿌린 이상한 향까지 머리가 아펐어요. 거기다 화장실에선 냄새가 빠질곳이 없어서인지 너무 불쾌했어요.

일단 난방 제어가 잘안됩니다 객실내 물품들 먼지가 많이 보이네요 3박중 하루 조식 먹었는데 호텔앞 이삭토스트가 낫겠어요

시내라서 주차하러 가기까지가 힘이 듭니다. 시설은 깨끗한데 에어컨소리가 덜덜거려서 킬수가 없었어요.

체크인하고 들어갔는데 담배냄새가 진동을 ㅡㅡ;;; 옆방으로 바꿔줘서 잤는데 대실을 해주는것같기도하고 담배냄새 쩔어있었습니다 그방만 그런건지 싶었고 제주도에 호텔이 남아도니 재방문은 크게 생각없네요 EV6 렌트했는데 전기차라 그런지 주차를 호텔에 못하고 걸어서 5분정도 거리에 아이파킹 주차장에 주차했고 주차비는 호텔에서 정산해줬습니다.

日本で言えば、良い目のビジネスホテルっぽく、特に不満もないが、特別にここが良い…と言う感じでもないと思います。場所は超ゴージャスなグランド・ハイアットのすぐ近くです。

#### 깔끔했습니다.

저녁 8시 제주공항에 도착해서 호텔 안내를 받아서 버스로 이동했고 버스 정류장에서 도로 건너 1분정도 걸었습니다. 전체적으로 하룻밤 쉬기에 완벽했고 편안했습니다. 다음날 아침에 10분 정도 걸어서 재벌식당에서 국밥도 먹을 수 있었습니다.
