The condo was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The shuttle service in the resort is excellent. We would have liked a wood fireplace instead of gas, but it did the job. The only thing that we were disappointed in was that access to the pool was not included with our rental. I did not see this in the description or any of the emails. The woman running the pool was VERY nice and gave us a complimentary pool day as she mentioned that some packages include it and some don't, so she understood. This would have been nice to know in advance. We wanted a second pool day, so we had to purchase a "Daycation" pass to use it for 1 day. It was a pretty significant and unexpected cost. It did include other activities, but all we wanted was the pool, and that was not an option. Make sure you ask if your rental includes the pool. ##### Michelle A. We had to pay for some resort access that we thought would be included in the rental, but this was worth it for what we got out of the trip. Would definitely stay again. ##### John O. Bedroom 2 queen mattress needs replacing as it dips in the center but otherwise everything was wonderful. Check in was disappointing as other groups were given their keys as we had to wait until 5;00, even though the maids said our room would be ready at 3\.
