It was a great place to rest and relax and the short drive into Jefferson made it even better! Access to the river was super easy because of the boat ramp and that was a plus for us. We appreciated that the house was stocked with those items you sometimes forget or need in a pinch. We had the privilege of meeting the owners and they seem like exceptional people! We were welcomed with snacks, some of the most comfortable beds and some excellent fishing during our downtime. Bugs and mosquitoes was a problem outside, so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck outside. The road is quite rough going about 2 miles into the dense woods to the property location.
