The hotel we booked for Jeddah showed up as hotels on Falestine Street which is the area I wanted to stay in. But it was an apartment and it was not on Falestine Street it was much further away so this ruined our holiday and plans and cost a lot in taxis. Please ensure the correct information is provided on your website so people are not misled in to booking the wrong venues

The hotel is very good very clean but the breakfast was average… they say its oriental breakfast but not that good Rest everything was great

Very nice location, friendly front desk staff, clean rooms. needs to have iron and ironing board in the room. Need to work more on the bathroom fixtures.
