You will be vacationing in the "Villa Atina", a 5-room villa that spans 250 square meters across 3 levels. The spacious and modern villa features luxurious furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This area opens up to a pergola, leading to the patio and swimming pool. There are three bedrooms on this level, one with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, forced-air heating, and access to the patio and pool. Another bedroom has two beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), also with air conditioning, forced-air heating, and access to the patio and pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC and a separate WC on this floor, along with air conditioning and floor heating.

The upper floor boasts two more bedrooms, each with a French bed (one 180 cm and one 160 cm, both with a length of 200 cm), shower/WC, double hand-basin (in one room), air conditioning, forced-air heating, and access to a terrace. The villa also features air conditioning, floor heating, a large terrace with furniture, a barbecue area, deck chairs (8), and a covered balcony. You'll enjoy a marvelous panoramic view of the sea, mountains, and valley from the outdoor areas.
