Immerse yourself in the well-kept garden, where a swimming pool with an internal staircase, a pergola, and a barbecue area offer the perfect setting for your vacation rental. The property also boasts amenities such as Internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court nearby.

Indulge in the private, large, and beautiful well-kept garden, complete with an angular swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 40 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) featuring an internal staircase. Enjoy the outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, and barbecue area, creating an idyllic setting for your holiday rental.

You will find a spacious and bright villa with very comfortable and stylish furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. There is an exit from the living/dining room leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own unique setup. One bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The second bedroom also has a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The third bedroom offers a double bed (90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning with forced-air heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate bath/WC in the villa. The entire floor is heated for your comfort.

The villa offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You will have access to a large patio, a lawn area, terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs, a covered balcony, and a sitting area. Additionally, the villa provides a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer for your convenience. Wi-Fi internet access is complimentary, and reserved parking is available for up to two cars.
