The down side was the condition of the pool it was absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned there was a pile of debris lying at the bottom plus algae floating about it and the water was cloudy. The garden and pool were great for children and much larger than we realised . Villa was clean and well kept. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach in Xabia . Obwohl das Haus für acht Personen Unterkunft bietet, ist ein Teil der Ausstattung nur auf sechs Personen ausgelegt (Liegestühle, Sitzplätze- stühle am Tisch). Auf Nachfrage bei der Fereinhausverwaltung INTERHOME wurden sofort zusätzliche Liegen zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt ist das Grundstück sowie der Pool sauber angelegt. Le quartier est calme et pas très éloigné de la plage Arenal de Javea et des supermarchés.
