The villa's exterior is a true oasis, featuring a large, beautifully maintained terraced garden adorned with lush lawns and a charming wildlife garden. Relax beside the angular swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 40 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.), complete with an internal staircase and a delightful outdoor shower. Unwind in the hot tub, or bask in the sun on the patio, shaded by a pergola, while enjoying the provided garden furniture and barbecue.

Ensuring your comfort and convenience, "Eos" features a central heating system, air conditioning, and a burglar alarm system. Ample roofed parking is available on the premises, accommodating up to 2 cars. Nearby, you'll find a supermarket (2.5 km), restaurant (1 km), bar (2.5 km), bakery (2.5 km), and café (2.5 km). For your entertainment, a sports harbor (6 km), marina (6 km), 9-hole golf course (3 km), surf school (5 km), and sailing school (5 km) are all within close proximity. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in the luxurious "Villa Eos", a spacious 6-room villa spanning 300 square meters across 3 levels. The villa boasts a bright and stylish interior with beautiful furnishings. On the main level, you'll find a living/dining room equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This area opens up to a pergola, leading out to the patio and swimming pool.  
  
The villa features a large, open kitchen that is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island. Underfloor heating is provided throughout the villa for added comfort.  
  
On the lower ground floor, you'll find three bedrooms. The first room has a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC, with an exit leading to the terrace. The second room also has a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC, with an exit to the terrace. The third room on this level is furnished with a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and has its own shower/WC.  
  
The upper floor houses one bedroom with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, forced-air heating, and an exit leading to the terrace.

During your vacation at Villa Eos, you'll have access to a range of amenities to enhance your stay. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, a private patio, satellite TV, a jacuzzi bathtub, heating, a microwave, and television sets. The maximum capacity of the villa is 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available.

In addition to the spacious living areas and well-appointed bedrooms, Villa Eos offers several outdoor spaces for your enjoyment. There is a large terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue area, deck chairs, a covered balcony, and a sitting area.
