Beautiful villa

Absolutely stunning villa in a peaceful and pretty residential area. As other reviews mention you do need a car and the only downside for me was not being able to walk to restaurants in the evenings, but the property was so well equipped and comfortable that staying in really wasn't a problem!Fatima was brilliant at responding quickly to our queries in advance and Carmen was absolutely fantastic at dealing with any issues we encountered during our stay. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful Villa, perfect for a family holiday!

My family had the best time during our stay at this beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom villa. The views from the villa were stunning and we particularly loved sitting on the terrace in the evening, looking over at the ocean and mountains. The heated pool was a highlight, the new remote controlled pool cover keeps the pool at the perfect temperature so that it is always pleasant to get in. You are only a 5 minute drive to the closest resort where you will find many restaurants and bars along the sea front. Fatima and Carmen were super helpful and kept in regular contact with us to make our stay as smooth as possible. We would definitely book to stay here again. Thank you! :)

Summer vacation

Overall a v good villa but not quite an exceptional. Fab location .. generally very quiet and space is good for large families with four decent size bedrooms all with en-suites. Kitchen is small but adequate and living area very comfortable. Outside as described with great bbq area and large seating areas. Only negatives were in relation to the pool and the broken slabs around the pool, one broken sun canopy that was not fixed and irregular pool cleaning. Also no safe but area is generally very secure. Carmen was excellent in all areas of communication and addressed anything we needed. Overall would stay again.

Quite location

We stayed in this villa for 3 weeks beginning of September, we had different members of the family coming out to stay they came and went, so this villa was perfect it’s spacious enough for 8 people, the pool wasn’t heated but it was warm enough for us. Not an ideal place if you don’t have a car as you’re up the top of the mountain but a beautiful view on the balcony. We had bikes which would take you 20 mins 4.5 k to cycle to Arenal beach the main family area. The villa could do with a recommendation book and also instructions on how to use equipment but we Googled how to use the coffee machine so we got there in the end 😩 Fatimas communication was very quite to respond if we needed anything a few things that could be added in the kitchen utensils more wine glasses (not so cheap as they brake) pizza cutter silly things but it’s the attention to detail. I used Mercadona for a food delivery for when we arrived which was perfect. Toilet rolls and beach towels were provided. We had a lovey stay would recommend

Very nice stay. Villa clean, tidy and well equipped. Carmen was quick to respond with any issues (very minor) and went above and beyond to get something we left behind back to us. Beds comfortable, choice of coal or gas bbq, handy gas fired paella dish. Not close enough to restaurants to walk, but taxis ok unless you want to drive.

Enjoyable stay

Just back from a 10 day stay at this villa. We know the area well that’s why we chose the location. Beautiful quiet secluded garden, close to beach port and great restaurants. The best quality bed linen and towels we’ve ever had in a holiday let. Quick response from manager when we any queries, lots of information about places to visit and eat from Fatima. Thank you 🙏

Fabulous & perfect villa !

The villa was beautiful, really clean and in a perfect central location for everywhere. We travelled with grandparents, parents and kids , 7 of us in total and there was plenty of space and seating areas if you wanted time alone or a bit of space. I Would recommend this villa and would love to stay there again. Fatima was really helpful with all my questions before our stay and if we needed anyone whilst there. Perfect , thank you!

Stunning Villa perfect for families

To be honest, this home exceeded any expectations we had of it. From the outset, the villa, we think is really big. Everything is catered for, this includes all the family. So much space. We took our grown up children and our grand child and we really did have the most amazing time. The house makes it!!! Also the location is seriously brilliant as it's 5 mins drive to the Arenal and totally private from neighbours!! We would definitely be looking at booking again. Fatima our host was really quick if we had questions too. More than accommodating. Once again thank for an amazing holiday! KS

STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL DESIGNER VILLA, FIRST CLASS AMENITIES

Having rented villas on three continents this really topped the rest.  From the quick and efficient communication with the owner,  to the amazing villa, it was a luxury five star experience all the way. Many varied seating areas inside and out, for guests to enjoy different activites at the same time and the huge smart television was perfect for watching a game of football.  The sofa in the lounge room was amazingly comfortable as was the lovely outdoor lounge chairs and sofas located on the shady upper terrace, where we spent most of our time relaxing with cocktails!  We ate all our meals outside, mainly at the large table on the shaded terrace with amazing views of the bay and the lighthouse at Cap de la Nau but also used the more casual dining table off the main kitchen.  The outdoor kitchen was well equipped with a Weber BBQ and a large gas paella burner and a wonderful traditional Spanish wood burning BBQ, as well as preparation space, a good sink and dining tables.  It was a pleasure to cook in this area. The bedrooms were perfect, all with en-suite, including two rooms with full sized bathtubs and twin sinks.  The beds were comfortable and the rooms all had overhead fans in addition to air conditioning which were both very quiet.  There is also a family shower room and an outside pool shower. The garden was well established with many stunning Bougainvillea plants and lovely shady trees.  The pool is surrounded by loungers and the water temperature was a very comfortable 30 degrees or slightly more during our June stay.  The pool is a good size and there are garden gates which can separate the access from the house. We enjoyed having a table tennis competition and just relaxing in the serenity of our peaceful surroundings which are not really overlooked by other villas, all of which, in this lovely urbanisation appeared large and well maintained.   The website photos show the rooms and garden exactly as they are but in real life you can appreciate the suberb attention to detail in every aspect of the design,  decor and simple flow of the property.  One highlight colour painted throughout and matching light fittings inside and out make this a truly indoor/outdoor entertainment space where the rooms blend together with outside, thanks to enormous windows and sliding doors.  The renovation of traditional Spanish villa/finca doors and wardrobes throughout linked the rooms perfectly, the use of the original metal work handles worked beautifully.

Great Villa in Javea

The house is super with lots of space, air conditioning and everything you need. The outdoor area is also very nice and spacious with several seating areas, such as the barbecue corner with a gas grill and a huge paella pan. The beach and supermarkets are only a few minutes away by car. And the village centre is also very pretty with several nice restaurants. We enjoyed the two weeks very much and had a great time. Thanks very much.

Home away from home

A lovely, spacious house with plenty of seating areas and eating areas. Fatima was very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and so were the bedrooms. There was a real homely feel to the house. There's aircon in the bedrooms but not in the shared areas of the main house. If you stay here, you need a car or a bike - it's away from the main resort, which means it's very tranquil, but as it gets very hot during the day, it would be a struggle to walk to a shop. The pool is incredible and we spent most of our time there - the children LOVED it. Thanks for having us Fatima!

It is a beautiful house with everything you need to spend great time. A lot of space and light. Wifi works pretty good if you needed to work from there, and for us it was a key factor to choose this house in November. Fatima is a great host. Extremely helpful and supportive. We will come back ! ;-)

La casa perfecta para familias. Está rodeada de preciosa vegetación, que le da mucha privacidad y tranquilidad. La descripción y las fotos del anuncio se asemejan a la realidad. Fátima es una persona muy cercana, agradable y resolutiva. Estuvo pendiente de todo y resolvió con rapidez nuestros requerimientos. Nos aconsejó restaurantes, playas y lugares de la zona. La casa de Fátima es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Relajante y bonita. Se puede recomendar perfectamente porque es una zona tranquila y permite descansar, tanto si viajas en familia con niños, como para disfrutar del verano con amigos.
