Unit Layout  
The 7-room villa Maracuya is a spacious 160 m2 property spread across two levels. The ground floor features a bright and comfortably furnished living/dining room with a satellite TV (flat screen). There is one bedroom with a french bed and a private bathroom/WC. Another bedroom on this level has two beds (90 cm) and a shower/WC. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. Please note that there is no heating option available in the villa. The upper floor comprises three more bedrooms: one with a french bed and a private bathroom/WC, another with two beds (90 cm), and the third with two beds (90 cm) and a shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa Maracuya provides various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. You will have access to a washing machine, iron, and hair dryer. Internet (WiFi) is available at an extra cost. Outdoor spaces include a private patio and a terrace furnished with chairs for your relaxation.  
  
Other Information  
The maximum capacity of the villa Maracuya is 12 guests, making it suitable for larger groups or families. It offers six bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy.
