There is also a children's pool, an outdoor shower, and a children's playground with swings. Additional amenities include internet access, an elevator, and communal covered parking.

Indulge in the breathtaking outdoor spaces this property offers. Immerse yourself in the large, beautiful, well-kept shared garden, fenced and adorned with lush lawns and vibrant plants. Take a refreshing dip in the spectacular seasonal swimming pool, measuring 22 x 20 meters with a depth range of 80 - 210 cm, and enjoy its unique internal staircase and unconventional shape. The first bedroom has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with access to the terrace. The second bedroom accommodates two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Additionally, there is a large kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
