Most rooms in the house have spectacular views of the sea. It has 2 completely flat garden areas, as well as two splendid covered terraces of 100m2 each, both with panoramic sea views, as well as a third sunny terrace at the entrance of the house. The house has a 10 × 5m pool equipped with sunshade and sunshade area. It also has barbecue and paella pan, parking for 5 cars inside the farm and separate laundry-clothesline, as well as a grove in the back of the farm, which gives it even more privacy. There is central heating throughout the house, air conditioning, high ceilings, wooden beams, ceramic floors, details of Tosca stone, armored door, bars and mosquito nets on the windows. It is furnished and decorated with great taste in Provencal Mediterranean style. The house was partially renovated in 2005 and is in very good condition. It is an ideal home for large families, but also for smaller families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the holidays together. Its two flat gardens and playgrounds make it ideal for children. The distribution of rooms between the 3 floors allows you to enjoy together, and at the same time enjoy independence and privacy by groups. On the ground floor there is an en suite room that can be used to house a maid. The house is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is located in a consolidated urbanization and surrounded by similar Villas of very high standing, in a quiet and quiet place, which guarantees the rest of its occupants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique villa qui dispose de très belles prestations avec notamment une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de Javéa, un immense jardin , des pièces de vie spacieuses et chaleureuses, une décoration très soignée. Met 8 vriendinnen in deze prachtige accomodatie verbleven. Het contact met de eigenaar is perfect hij is heel betrokken en bereikbaar als er vragen of problemen waren. Geeft je tips voor leuke activiteiten of bezienswaardigheden. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen bij aankomst met uitleg over het gebruik van het huis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien van badkamer tot keuken tot slaapkamers, keurig schoon onderhouden allemaal. het huis is omgeven door mooie natuur en bloemen, en je hebt geen inkijk van buren. Volledige rust op het terras buiten waar je kunt genieten van een mooi uitzicht op zee maar ook in het zwembad. Deze was goed onderhouden en schoon en heerlijke water temperatuur. Een echte aanrader om te boeken deze accomodatie, wij komen graag een keer terug. Auto is fijn om te huren gezien je deze wel nodig hebt qua afstand naar supermarkt en strand en boulevard.
