Private: natural state property, large, beautiful, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (10 x 6 m, depth 140 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, parking (for 3 cars). Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 350 m, café 600 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal Javea" 2.2 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, surf school 2.5 km, sailing school 2.5 km, tennis 2.5 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"Villa Javea Beauty", 6-room villa 220 m2\. Spacious and bright, very comfortable and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Living room with digital TV. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, double hand-basin and fan.
