Conveniently located just 250 meters from the sea in Aduanas, Spain, this property provides easy access to nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and various types of beaches within walking distance.

The surrounding area offers a variety of outdoor attractions. Sandy beach "El Arenal" is situated 1.5 km away, while a shingle beach and rocky beach are even closer at 500 meters and 250 meters respectively. Please note that the shared indoor pool is cleaned weekly but is not heated. The pool area features an internal staircase and is accessible during the seasonal availability period from January 1st to December 31st.

You will be staying in a spacious 3-room apartment spanning 80 square meters on the 2nd floor. The apartment features a comfortable and beautifully furnished living/dining room equipped with satellite TV, digital TV, and air conditioning. One of the rooms has a french bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with a bathroom that includes a bath, bidet, and toilet, as well as air conditioning. This room also has access to a balcony. The second room is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, and it also has air conditioning.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment's kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer. Additionally, there is a separate shower room with a bidet and toilet. The apartment features air-conditioning and forced-air heating for your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy a 6 square meter balcony with furniture and an electric barbecue, offering a beautiful view of the countryside. Other amenities include a washing machine and free WiFi internet access.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment comes with a reserved parking space (number 11), which is roofed. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and there is no elevator, but a stairlift is available for disabled guests.
