In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra: \- Guarantee 400 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure) The rent includes 150 kwh / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure). Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption. The Space: Wonderful holiday home on an exclusive property with a private pool in a quiet area. There is a spacious sun terrace with a covered barbecue area (mobile gas grill) right by the pool. The garden is well maintained and has extensive lawns and mediterranean, richly flowering plants with a tropical flair. There is a parking space on the property, Internet is available via W-LAN. Small dog up to max. 10 kg and over 1 year old possible. For rent is the comfortably furnished ground floor apartment with a large living-dining room (direct exit to the pool terrace), kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning). There is also a third bedroom (without a window) in which one or two children could sleep. There is another apartment on the upper floor. However, this is usually closed and nobody lives there. Guest Access: The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. Aug 19, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication Disliked: Cleanliness #### Casa Flamenco in Javea Leider waren die hygienischen Zustände nicht zufriedenstellend. Es gab viele Verbote bzw. Hinweise bei Nichteinhaltung. Fernseher verstellen 50 Euro, Mehrverbrauch bei Strom , Lampen gingen nicht (wurde aber dann repariert), keine Klimaanlagen in 3 Räumen, vor allem Wohnzimmer mit Glasfront ohne Klimaanlage, Gasflasche leer (wurde dann nach einigen Tagen erledigt), toller Pool !!, schöner Ausblick auf den Berg von Javea, leider Ungeziefer (Kakalaken) im Schlafzimmer , hier hat aber die Eigentümer in der Vergangenheit versucht das Problem in den Griff zu bekommen, Kamera auf den Pool Bereich ausgerichtet inkl. La zona de piscina es inmejorable, con cenador, barbacoa tanto de gas como de carbón. La piscina es muy grande. En el interior, la decoración es sobria pero suficiente, lo principal es que tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. En la cocina por ejemplo, tiene electrodomésticos para todo, vasos y copas de todo tipo. En general, la casa está muy completa. ##### Mikel F.
