Villa "Icaro" is a very large, modern, and luxurious two-story villa located in the Cansalades Park Monte Olimpo district, just 5 km from the center of Jávea - El Arenal and 8 km from Moraira in Teulada, Spain. The property boasts a beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with trees, a swimming pool (15 x 4 m, depth 140 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with an internal staircase, an outdoor shower, a pergola, a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Inside, you'll find a sun terrace, central heating system, air conditioning, and a single garage. This holiday rental offers amenities like Internet WiFi, Parking, and a Swimming Pool.

The villa boasts a large, beautiful, well-kept terraced wildlife garden with trees, providing a serene outdoor space for relaxation. The angular swimming pool (15 x 4 m, depth 140 - 160 cm) is a standout feature, available seasonally from January 1st to December 31st, and features an internal staircase for easy access. You will stay in a spacious and bright 4-room villa with a total living area of 240 square meters spread across two levels. The villa features a very modern and luxurious furnishing style. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room equipped with a digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This room provides direct access to the patio and swimming pool area. One of the bedrooms on this level is furnished with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and has an en-suite shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as access to the patio and swimming pool. The open kitchen is designed with a cooking island and comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this floor.

The villa is well-appointed with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available throughout the property. You will have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer. The villa is equipped with Internet (WiFi, free) and a Smart TV for your entertainment needs. Outdoor amenities include terrace furniture, a barbecue area, deck chairs, a covered balcony, and a sitting area.

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a French bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, double hand-basin, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, and provides access to a terrace. The other bedroom has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, also with access to the terrace. The villa offers a garage for your convenience. You can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and valley from the property. The maximum capacity is 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available. Please note that pets are allowed (just an example).
