Stylish Recently Renovated Apartment with Terrace, Air Conditioning and Shared Pool, very close to the beach! Perfect for a family or a close group of friends, this apartment has everything you need to spend a few holiday days on the Costa Blanca.
Accommodation
The apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with an exclusive design. It offers WiFi, Air Conditioning, Flat Screen TV and a spacious terrace to enjoy the fresh Mediterranean air.
This comfortable apartment has 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub. The rest of the space is divided into a fully equipped individual kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace. In the common areas of the residential complex, there is a garden with a large pool for adults and a smaller one for children.
Additional notes:
The rental price includes 40 kWh per week of electricity, after that you must pay 0.35 EUR per kWh of additional consumption.
A cot and a high chair available upon request

The property is very well connected with the rest of Jávea, close to the Port, beaches, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. The urbanisation is quiet, ideal for couples with children or small groups.

On the beautiful Mediterranean coast, the city of Jávea is a pleasant place that delights visitors of the Costa Blanca with its lively marina and beautiful beaches. There are also multiple sports activities to participate in, such as sailing, diving and snorkelling, golf tennis, even hiking up to Montgó. The sea is of great importance in Jávea, and its excellent restaurants make the most of it by serving fish dishes prepared by experts with the best of the day's catch. This is how Jávea combines the uniqueness and charm of a small Mediterranean town with the convenience of having all services nearby, from supermarkets and pharmacies to restaurants, bars and terraces

#### Estancia estupenda y tranquila
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Es una zona tranquila. Todas las habitaciones y estancias comunes son amplias. Todo está limpio y tienes todo lo necesario para cocinar. Tienes cerca (5 minutos a pie) una playa de piedras y la playa de arena (Playa de El arenal) está a 15-20 minutos a pie. Los servicios de supermercados, farmacia, etc justo al lado. La opción del parking cubierto estupendo. No se pudo usar la piscina porque están de obras en la urbanización. Imagino que en breve estará resuelto.

Trevlig lägenhet, fint poolområde, jättetrevlig ägare som tog emot oss. På några minuters promenad är man nere vid stranden eller nere i staden. 100 meter till Mercadona! Sängar och kuddar hårda, men så är det ofta i Spanien. Inte den absolut bästa utsikten från balkongen.

El apartamento es muy bonito y grande. Dispone de 3 habitaciones y un balcón grande, además de todos los servicios (lavadora, secador, menaje, toallas...) Estaba todo muy bien.

El apartamento es amplio, moderno, hace más acogedora la estancia. La dueña nos recibio y entrego las llaves amablemente (llegamos al apartamento a las 22hr, habia bastante atasco) La limpieza de la cuberteria,vajilla estaba bastante sucia y la cocina, le hacia falta limpiar, habia algo de grasa en las puertas. Al llegar a un apartamento, se agradece, encontrar una botella de agua fresca, sabiendo que el agua del grifo no es apta.

#### Un acierto total
Hemos ido dos parejas jóvenes a pasar unos días por la Costa Blanca y nuestra intención era movernos por la zona. El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado, limpio y fiel a las fotos. Buenas zonas comunes (hay piscina con hamacas y un pequeño jardín). La cocina totalmente equipada (horno, cafetera, lavavajillas, lavadora...) y una terraza muy agradable para hacer las comidas allí. Un acierto el aire acondicionado centralizado y el parking privado en la urbanización (aunque no había problema alguno para aparcar en la calle). También había disponible dos bicis. Andando puedes llegar rápido a la playa y en coche tienes salida rápida a carretera. Tiene un Mercadona y una farmacia justo detrás. Sin duda, un lugar cómodo y completo al que, en caso de volver a la zona, volveremos.

#### Lovely apartment!
The hosts were so helpful and very flexible on check in times. They have a few bikes in the garage for use and the apartment was well stocked with everything you could need. It is in a great location - very close to the beach! It was only a short walk to different areas of restaurants and shops etc. Definitely would recommend!! :)
