Big Canoe cottage on Lake Sconti with water and golf course views

We've had another great year of 5 star reviews. Our cottage is located at the base of the mountain on Lake Sconti at Big Canoe, we are a 5 min. walk to Black Bear Pub & Golf Center and a short drive to the Tennis Center, Wellness Center and Waterpark. We are also very close to the main gate for quick access to grocery stores, local restaurants, wineries, and popular wedding venues. Location, location, location.
Our renovated cottage offers beautiful lake views, a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, upgraded furniture, new W/D and two kayaks for your use on Lake Sconti. It sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms and a loft, 2 TVs, free WiFi, indoor fireplace, firepit, gas grill, 2 Kayaks and 1 parking space.
If you're ready to experience nature at its finest, come to Big Canoe and stay at our lovely cottage at the base of the mountain. Launch one of our two kayaks for a tour of Lake Sconti or rent a boat at the marina for a day of trout fishing or a sunset cruise. Hike the trails and experience waterfalls and streams galore. Enjoy a game pickleball at our new open playtime on Tuesdays or a game of tennis at our indoor and outdoor courts. And a must is a day at the Beach Club which offers a swimming pool and lake access including a rockslide and inflatable water park. Visit the Big Canoe Web Site for seasonal access dates.

Charming Comfy Clean Convenient

Loved the place and Susan was super accommodating!Beds were so comfortable, quiet inside and out, well stocked, close to both Gibbs Gardens (so gorgeous!), Amicalola Falls (so gorgeous and a great workout!), and to Jasper (attended an evening art walk in this friendly little town - low key and fun!).

Big Canoe weekend getaway

Great stay. The cabin was fully equipped and very clean. The view of the lake off the deck was fantastic! We hope to stay again sometime.

Fantastic cottage on the lake

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this cottage. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. Clean and quiet. A quick stroll from the cottage to the quiet beach at the Canoe Club was a nice bonus.

Cozy home with an incredible view

This is our second year in a row at this beautiful home in Big Canoe. It is lovely decorated and has all the features one needs. The view of the lake and clubhouse are beautiful. Susan is a wonderful owner and host. She stays in contact to make sure everything is running smoothy. We are already making plans to stay next New Years.

Great girls weekend getaway

This Villa was the perfect size for the 5 of us. Well decorated. Great views and convenient to lake, beach area, clubhouse and trails. We had plenty to do and got in a lot of relaxation and great times. The owner was very helpful.
