Attention voyageur, pas d’air climatisé dans les chambres. Si vous aimez dormir, bruits et tapages des portes jusqu’à 23h. Les touristes s’activent des 6h le matin. Les gens manquent de respect pour les autres. Cris, fermeture des portes sans se soucier des voisins, party dans certaines chambre passer 23h. Absence du petit déjeuner. Vous devez vous déplacer dans la salle à manger de l’hôtel adjacent. Problème d’insonorisation flagrant.

J’ai bien aimé l’établissement. Proche du Centre-ville de Jasper (2 minutes en auto et pourrait se faire très bien à pied). Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner par contre, on doit traverser à l’hôtel le Château Jasper juste à côté. Il y a par contre un petit café en bas déservis par Starbucks, très bon et super service. Il y a des déjeuner aussi mais très chers. Dans l’hôtel il y a une piscine, un spa, un sauna et un spa extérieur. Par contre, beaucoup de monde, mais ouvert jusqu’à 23:00 alors ça va. Lit confortable et la chambre était propre. Par contre, il faisait chaud et nous ne trouvions pas lair climatisée. Par chance, les nuits étaient fraîches.

There is no AC, only a fan in the room. Therefore, to have fresh air, you absolutely need to keep the windows and curtains open. So it's either privacy or fresh air. Otherwise, the sheets wouldn't stay on the bed properly and good luck finding an electrical outlet to charge electronics!

Our stay was fine, the rooms were clean and as expected, the pool area was nice. There was only cable tv, which I am not used to anymore with all the at home streaming services. The room was incredibly hot and we had to keep the windows open the whole time. At least there were two fans that helped. One small thing - the outlets are about 5 feet above the floor and the kettle cord would not reach when the kettle sat on table and there was no place else to set it safely... So that was very strange. The lady at the front desk was friendly and the price was right. There did not seem to be a sit down restaurant available as the website indicates however.

Front staff friendly No air conditioning would not recommend staying in the summer Stuff from previous visitors left under the beds Tv remote was found under the bed with no backing Pool was fun but small if multiple people are down there would be very crowded Indoor hot tub closed did not visit the outside hot tub Beds comfy Room was right beside the front desk and could hear all traffic in the lobby

All staff are very polite and helpfull, room is clean and cozy but Our tub @ room 258 is clogged! And all power outlet is too high for the kettle cord.
