The owner was responsive and proactive to communication. Great space with character & comfort. The thru traffic of Jasper settled down in the evening and we did not have trouble sleeping due to noise. Parking was readily available… no other events were taking place (our party only used one vehicle). We had dinner both nights at local restaurants ( both very good) and shopped at a couple of stores on the square. It's perfect for someone planning a weekend float trip who also wants to be close to the downtown shops and resteraunts. I will say I had almost no cellphone service (at&t) but I could use my phone after I connected to the free wifi. I had some trouble getting in, but the owner was quick to help. The parking was easy to unload. The location was amazing walking distance to restaurants, the host communication was top notch. The furniture was beautiful, spacious, the beds and pillows very comfortable. We played in the buffalo river all day, had amazing dinner, the shower is amazing, and we slept so comfortably. There are blackout curtains so it stayed nice and dark in summer (sun is up by 6). The only thing I wish it had was a larger (even apt) size fridge/ freezer. It's hotel size. But we could walk across the street and get ice to keep our food safe as we had a 11 hour drive home. Would absolutely stay here again. ##### Laura B. Stayed 1 night in Jul 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Lynne Oct 13, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication This was our 2nd visit to Jasper and we wanted to stay in town to get more of the vibe. We liked having the ability to walk around the town without having to search for a parking spot. The duplex was a great option for us. Everything in one space. We didn't mind not having a stove since we were meeting up with friends and planned on dining in town or at the Cliff House Inn. Having a microwave was an option the rental provided along with a Keurig and full-size refrigerator. The point of contact was very responsive and provided all the information we needed to park and get in and out of the VRBO.
