"I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. The only room for improvement I would like to share from the recent stay at Jasper Park Lodge. Other than that it was 11 out of 10. "
"The location of this property is very convenient to restaurants and walking trails. The bathroom was a little dated. It is located across the road from the train station and had some extra noise due to construction next door. The front desk staff wasn’t as friendly as other places we have stayed. "
"The hotel although an older building our room was clean and comfortable, it was a cool day so the heating was great. The restaurant attached was excellent for breakfast."
"We were satisfied enough that we would return to this hotel when we re-visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Interior restaurant was nice, but has a very limited menu. "
"Room was clean and ready when I arrived. A little dated, could potentially stand a remodel, but ammenties worked and we had a great time at the pool!"
