Property Summary  
Single-family house "Velebit" is a two-story vacation rental situated 12 km from the center of Starigrad-Paklenica, Croatia. It enjoys a sunny position, just 250 m from the sea and beach. The property boasts a private lawn and wildlife garden spanning 830 m2, complete with an angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) available seasonally from May 4 to September 28. Additionally, it offers amenities such as Internet Wifi, a yard, and parking facilities.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 5-room house with an area of 150 square meters, spread across two levels and facing a north-west direction. The living/dining room measures 42 square meters and features a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. This room provides access to the terrace. There is one room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), another room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/WC, and a double hand-basin. Another room has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and satellite TV (flat screen). The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on this level. On the lower ground floor, you will find a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and a double hand-basin. Please note that there is no heating option available.

The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, barbecue area, dishwasher, satellite TV, microwave, and television. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available.
