The Maja (SRD422) is a 2-room apartment that spans 40 square meters and is located on the first floor. The living/dining room features a double sofa bed measuring 155 cm wide and 190 cm long, a satellite TV, and air conditioning. This room also provides access to the balcony. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property also offers a shower/WC, electric heating, a balcony measuring 6 square meters with balcony furniture, and a washing machine.
