"The room and bathroom were not clean. Not sufficient number of slippers in the room, as we were four persons (two kids, my wife and myself), but they provides only one pair of slippers for us."

"Condition of room was pathetic, had mold all over the wall and windows. The linen provided was damp i guess thats due to the mold. Planned to stay for 4 nights but had to leave earlier, the manager asked me to pay for all the nights (although that’s my fault should have seen their terms and conditions earlier) but his attitude didn’t help my cause. Food provided was ok but wasn’t great by any means whether taste or presentation. "
