« Is this supposed to be a 5 stars hotel?? It did not feel like it, at least by our experience. It is true that the hotel is nicely decorated… especially in the Baha Mar area, this one is maybe the least tacky around there… but other than that this was not a good hotel by any standard… The food was way overpriced and for a very average quality… cocktails were even less impressive…But the worst was the service in general… and the most shocking was by far the front desk and checkin / checkout...

"Je suis restée simplement une nuit au Colony Club Inn, l'accueil a été très bien, les extérieurs sont très beaux et bien entretenus. Très agréable de s'asseoir le soir et d'écouter le bruit des fontaines. Ma chambre était aussi très agréable, le lit confortable. Le seul problème a été de trouver des poils dans la baignoire (le savon du client précédent a également été laissé) et surtout, les cheveux/poils trouvés sur un des 3 oreillers du lit au moment du coucher... Je ne suis pas super regardante mais j'avoue que ça pourrait en dégoûter certains! Vraiment dommage car la chambre était globalement très propre..."
